Byst' The Label ships nationally through Correos. 

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Madrid. You will receive an email to the address you provided with all the tracking information for your order. National shipping times are 24-48 hours.

Our handling time is 1 to 2 business days. Exceptionally, there may be delays in processing time due to a higher workload.

Byst’ The Label will not assume any responsibility for delays in the delivery of orders when such delay is the sole fault of the buyer or the authorized person. 

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Please note that shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla  will require the provision of a DNI/NIE for customs duties and taxes.

Prices on the site do not include customs duties or taxes. All applicable duties will be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the amount of duties you will pay, but local customs should be able to estimate the price.

The courier is always responsible for delivering the package. If a package is considered delivered by the courier and has not been received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to proceed with the necessary methods to ensure that the merchandise is delivered correctly.
