If you wish to exchange or return a product, you must follow these steps:
1. Request the exchange or return by email to info@bystthelabel.com within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the product, indicating the following information in the email:
- Order reference
- Name
- Model
- Size
- Cardholder (with whom the payment was made)
2. Send the item in its original packaging to the address provided by Byst’ The Label once the exchange or return has been accepted.
3. The item must be received by Byst’ The Label within a maximum period of 15 days from the request for exchange or return.
Once the quality control is passed, Byst’ The Label will issue a refund for the corresponding amount through the same payment method used in the purchase.

The amount of the refund will correspond to the value of the purchase made, excluding shipping costs.

Shipping costs for the exchange or return will be borne by the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer will be responsible for the product until it reaches Byst’ The Label. It is recommended to use a shipping method that allows package tracking.
In order to make an exchange or return, the item must be in perfect condition. It must be returned in its original packaging.
Exchanges or returns of used, stained or damaged products will not be accepted.
In the event that Byst’ The Label has mistakenly sent a different item than requested or the quality of the item sent is not adequate, Byst’ The Label will be responsible for the exchange of the item and will assume the costs of both the return and the new shipment. Only defective or damaged items will be replaced if reported within 15 days of receiving the order.
Byst’ The Label reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns that do not comply with these conditions.
